We meet on Campus in all sorts of settings and sizes. These gatherings are informal, given to humor and deal with everything from relationships to the nature of truth. We meet with God, meet with friends, and meet real needs.

A gathering of people who desire to reach, maintain or exceed their personal weight and fitness goals. Healthy living is our focus, so if your just starting to make those lifestyle changes or you're continuing to maintain your success, your welcome to join us.
We meet to talk about our healthy choices, what's working, what's not, and support one another. We also get together to stay active by meeting at various locations to walk, run, or bike.
